To be eligible to enter you must attend a Property Preview near Port O’Connor, Texas to view the property and attend a sales presentation. 

You must bring your registration certificate to the Property Preview. The presentation is for the sale of real estate near Port O’Connor, Texas and lasts approximately one hour. 

The value of the prize is $250,000.00. Winner is responsible for paying all taxes, including, but not limited to, property taxes and property owner’s dues on the property accrued from the date title is transferred.

The Sanctuary at Costa Grande is a 800 acre residential canal subdivision and marina. The project site is located adjacent to the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW), approximately 4.5 miles west of Port O’Connor, in Calhoun County, Texas
