For the fortunate few, living at The Sanctuary at Costa Grande means a life away from the every day routine. From the moment you turn onto the bridge and experience the neighborhood views from the entrance, you'll know you're in for a distinct stay.
The entire location has been elevated to capture the best of The Sanctuary at any angle. Whether you walk, ride your bike, or boat through your surroundings, you'll be wrapped in amazing natural views in each direction. In the backdrop, you'll see the ocean and inspiring wetlands rare to Texas coast living.
Prices start from $79,880 to $499,000.
Homes at The Sanctuary at Costa Grande will have slab foundations built on elevated land instead of being built on piers, as is traditionally done with homes located by the water. The property will have two 88-acre lakes, allowing all the homes to have water views and/ or access.

I came down there to look at the Beachside site and Page Brockman showed me their other project at the Sanctuary...and I fell in love. Infratructures is well on its way. Gorgeous. |

Does everyone know that this new "community" is 25 miles from the nearest significant retail outlet....the local Wal-Mart? And about an hr from any real retail presence in Victoria (Port Lavaca has little in the way of retail). Just thought it should be said for the out-of-towners. |

I absolutely love what's going on down in Port O'Connor. This new project couldn't be in a better location to escape from the perils of everyday life in the city. If you want Targets and Wal-Marts and Nail Salons stay in the city, we'll keep the peace, quiet and serenity of coastal living. |
