Not sure how often you update your listings but I can tell you for certain that ALL of the lots in Larry's Harbor have sold. I know, because I own one. The rest were bought up right after we bought lot #81 (the yellow dot - that meant pending sale).

The only "lots" that are left are the commercial lots that are indicated with the red rectangles on the left hand side of that sign by the highway.

I suggest if anyone wants property there, they buy the commercial lots.
